my car has been almost dieing when ever I stop, the engine was just rebuilt about 1000 miles ago, so i took it to the shop and they said I had alot of carbon build up so they cleaned it and it helped for about a week but know its doing it again, what cause carbon build up? I use 89 octane gas with outlaw octane boost with every tank since I have had a turbo installed and they recomend 92 octane, but I dont have that around where I live. and what is the best way to clean the carbon buildup, or anyother Ideas why it almost die's, its not the plugs, wire, fuel filter, air filter or any of those things that are mentioned everytime some one brings the almost dieing situation up, could vacum be the cause? it runs great at normal speed but 15mph and below it runs terrible.

can I clean the butterfly flap just by removing the pipe from my intercooler?
