ok i got my car back from the transmission shop that put in my clutch a few weeks ago.i took it back because some fluid was leaking. he said the only thing he could find that was leaking was the coolant/water, some hose had gotten busted. he fixed it for me for free anyway, so nothing is leaking anymore. now, i drove it home, washed it (while washing it i sprayed a little water under the car to clean all the crap off), drove to my girlfriends house, when i got back in my car the Check Engine Light came on. this is the first time ive EVER seen that light since ive owned the car (over a year). i called the guy and he said he doesnt know what they did to cause that. the only thing they had to remove was the "hose that feeds air to the engine" in order to access the broken coolant hose. in my Chiltons manual it says you can get the code by turning the key On-Off-On-Off-On in 5 seconds, but that is doing nothing for me. can someone please help me????
---by the way, the coolant/water is really really dirty and needs to be flushed.
