What would it take to fully convert my 91 tsi awd to run off of e85?

It would take you doing a search for E85.

 

AFPR
Wally 255 or similar highflow fuel pump
Bigger injectors
30-35% more fuel
Something to tune with
Wideband so you know where your A/F ratio is at
I recommend a logger too

DSMLink! Although some people use SAFC and a DSMchip. Talk to Jeff O. and see what he says about E85 chips. Most importantly SEARCH

Plenty of Evo guys getting good power from e85. Still hard to find around ATL though or I'd be looking at this

Yeah I don't care about global warming, just making sure no one is going it for environmental reasons. Oh, and it won't save you any money in the long run either. Just saying. :-D
