Any better options than RRE? I dont think its worth 50 bucks and dont want my compartment to look like home depot.

I can't beleive I'm suggeesting to an Ultra DSM talker to use the Search options, but come on....

Sorry I just ruined your whole afternoon but as I said. Im not looking for the home depot solution the RRE part seems to work nice but looks like ass on a stick.
I don't want to use a fuel filter.
I my entire engine bay is polished with no vacuum lines. Id like it to stay clean "looking".
Greddy looks good but im trying not to spend 100 on a catch can.
So let me rephrase my question for the man.

Who makes a good looking catch can that works well and can keep engine compartment bling blingen?

huh? how'd you ruin my afternoon?

Anyways I hardly think mine looks 'Home Depot' but I don't think you'll find a 'cheap' polished, pretty version.

A friend of mine has a Cusco can in his show ride, but I don't know how much it cost, by the looks of it, and the money's he's got into the car, I doubt it was cheap. Here's a pic of it

Damn, that has got to be the cleanest engine bay I have ever seen!

You could seriously eat your breakfast off his valvecover!

I like the catch can too :)

I don't know if he is, but my brother works in a machine shop now and has access to damn near everything.

Next spring I'm going to design some similar aluminum pieces for my engine bay, like a air filter block-off, and if they work well, I may make a bunch and sell them......

That is one sweet engine bay. I really like the custom heat shield over the mani and I don' think I've ever seen that BOV not vented. hehe I like to see people that aren't afraid to spend some cash on some *bling* items under the hood. It makes me really want to get my engine bay a little sharper.

What turbo does he have plus any other pertinent info would be nice?

This is off topic a bit but is it safe to run the car with the timing gear cover off?

i got a brand new cusco on ebay for 40 bucks. i used the clear hoses that came with it, and the one going from the valve cover to the can is very dark. going from the can to the intake is clean and clear. air coming off the valve cover has been counted by the mas.

This has been talked about before. I wouldn't recommend it. If the T-belt should snap the plastic cover will take *some* of the impact and won't put a nice dent in your hood or damage other stuff when it goes out. Not to mention the possibility of getting something caught in there if you are under the hood with the engine running

I love that engine bay though... god damn :D
