I can't see your engine making more than a FP3065 at 32psi.

Don't forget he's running a 2.4 at 30psi. he was definitely making more power. I would say mid 500's easy.

Ive been reading alot before assembling my current motor. And the general consensus is that theres no real reason not to run things on the looser side if you plan on making alot of power.

I have told him this a few times. Set clearance to 40, bigger end gaps and spray away.

Vaseline in the gears works fine. Prime the gears for a little bit and scrape the excess off.
