So im confused with this, my fenders are bent now. Is it my door henges doing this or my fenders?

same thing is happening to me on passenger door....the auto body shops didn't think the hinges were the problem. Suggested to replace the fender and door panel. $1300  Tomorrow I plan trimming the area of contact, starting at the base of the fender where the cladding hides the fender. Worst case scenario I trim the exposed fender which i am really hoping i dont have to do.

Please update the thread if you find a fix!! Btw i also removed the fender bolts by the firewall and tried shifting the fender forward, didn't work.

I got the same problem. For me (1Gb Talon) it's the plastic pannel on the door that is lose, and catches the fender when opening, thus bending it in.

I've found contrary to what you may think, they actually need to be bent or adjusted outward. There are several bolts you need to remove to adjust the lower half of the fender. If the door is not sagging and the frame is not bent, this will fix your issue. If out of alignment enough, you may need to loosen the bolts along the engine bay as well to align properly. I'm fairly sure you don't need any new panels, unless they're damaged or bent by something.

If you take pictures of the gaps at the fender and door and door and quarter, it will be easier to tell what your problem is.
