I'm taking a guess on clutch cut ... I believe it's more or less NLTS - No Lift To Shift. Meaning you don't have to take your foot of the gas to shift because as soon as the clutch pedal is pressed in, the RPMs fall to the predetermined point even with the gas pedal to the floor. You can find this setting in the DSMLink.
Adjust TPS - (Throttle Position Sensor) Over time the TPS can work itself out of adjustment. All you do is loosen the screws to it and rotate it until it reads correctly. This is easily done with a datalogger.
IdleSw - (Idle Switch) This switch is mounted on the throttle body and is triggered when the throttle plate is closed. This is to indicate to the car's computer that the engine is wanted in an idle/cruse state and to make adjustments accordingly.
Stutterbox - also called a 2step. It can be best described as a second rev-limit when launching your car. it is activated when your press your clutch pedal in under a certain speed, normally under 5 mph. once that condition is met then an alternate rev-limit well be set so that you can floor the gas and not have to worry about over revving your launch and losing traction.
I hope this shines some light where you need it. I know everyone's definition is different and that I'm sure someone could explain it better.
