Ok I am interested in running e85 i have 1600cc injectors and a single 255 pump. Am i going to have enough fuel to run 35 pounds on my 20g. I know e85 requires 30% more fuel..

Re: e85

Theres a lot of threads floating around that has all the ethanol info you'll need.
If I were to blab my opinion, you'll have enough to support a 20g setup on e85, but I assume the pump wont be able to max out the turbo. At the end of the day, you can read all the threads and posts you want, but you;ll have to get out there and try it and find out how it responds to your setup first hand.
One tip I can say is make sure that fuel filter is flowing well, when I upgraded mines I unlocked a huge amount of fuel flow capabilities.

FYI, you might be replacing that new filter again after you do start using e85. Most users find that the e85 will dislodge a lot of gunk in the first few tanks which can potentially clog the filter.

There are a couple of e85 usage tables over on Tuners here that give rough rule of thumb guidelines for airflow vs. injector size, and corresponding pump flow vs. boost pressure flow.

As Black_bullet stated, your best bet is to just jump in and give it a go as long as you have the ability to dial in more fuel, and monitor everything.

Yes you will be fine, as long as you have an AFPR. The injectors are big enough where you can get away with a single walbro 255 on E85. Id recommend lowering the base fuel pressure to somewhere around 30-32psi and start from there. What this will allow is the pump to be able to deliver a greater capacity of fuel, vs the stock 2g spec of 43.5psi, in return of using more injector, which is perfectly fine b/c you have alot of it. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask...

This is excellent advice.

It is exactly what I did a few years ago when I had E85 in the tank, 1600's and a single 255HP intank. Right now your injectors are not the limiting factor. The Walbor 255HP is the limiting factor to your fuel system. By lowering base fuel pressure to 30 PSI, you are making the 255HP "larger" and the 1600's "smaller." Your IDC's will increase, but the overall volume of fuel to the motor will increase.

You can easily get away with 500WHP with a 255HP and 1600's if you play around with base fuel pressure enough.

Boost-a-pumps work wonders to get that little extra bit out of a single walbro. If you run out of pump that is always an option.

I ran out of pump at 455 on a Dyno Dynamics and after the boost a pump I now make 520 no problem. I don't know how much more I can get out of it, but if you're not looking for anything too crazy its something to look into.
