I hate you guys so much. :p I want a fluidyne but man, 400$ is alot. I know I'd never have to worry about it again though...but damn 400$! Has anyone ever seen any good deals on them any where then?

My friend with both an na and turbo said its a tad bit thinner.

I wouldn't trust an ebay radiator for my car, hopefully you won't either.

I bought a replacement radiator from theradiatorconnection on ebay a while back when I wrecked my front end. I made the decision not to upgrade to a fluidyne mainly for cost issues. I was really pressed for cash at that time, having to buy a few different things. But their feedback was perfect so I took a shot. The product is a very good stock replacement if that is all you are looking for. It was shipped fast, packaged nicely, and was a perfect fit into the stock mounts. I've had no overheating problems, except for the time when my slim fan was left unplugged in the summer. Overall, I wouldn't be scared to buy from this seller if all you are looking for is a stock replacement.

www.radiatorexpress.com $122.95 for a new OEM replacement one and it's even an all metal unit. ;)

Koyo radiators are also about $290 or so. Cheaper than a Fluidyne.

I got a radexpress all metal 3 row rad for my jeep zj 5.2. I think its been in for year or 2. Before winter I wanted to check the water/ anti ratio but there wasn't any fluid in the top of the rad(wtf?). It took half a gallon to be filled again. I have been keeping an eye on the level but I just fixed it the other day. The cap will let fluid out but the cap wasn't sealed air tight to the overflow tank which is full(not changing) so it wasn't letting any coolant back in. I took the upper gasket out of an old cap and added it the new cap and I think it is sealed to the overflow tank now when I pressurized it as compared to before. The cap seating surface was also a liitle bent.
I think it is still an ok deal for the price but you do get what you pay for. It was made in maylasia and painted all black.

Check out Yonaka also. Aluminum, ~$200 + shipping. You just need to find a dealer. I have one in my car and it's great! It has all the bungs in place to screw in your stock fans if you want to keep them. Wait, I just realized you have a 1g and they only make a 2g. Oops. Check them out anyway, they have some other cool stuff, but mostly for Honda  . They manufacture intercoolers and cores also, which I hear a lot of ebay intercoolers use their cores. And their leather racing seats look SWEET

Their customer service was great too. I called their North america HQ in Canada at 10pm and somebody was there to help me out!

I just got one from them a week ago. Its all metal, fitment is fine, no cap on the rad to worry about. The metal does look a little thin when i was putting in the tempo sensor it was flexing, but what do you expect for 122.95. They shipped pretty fast, like 3 days from purchase to at my door. Overall I'm happy with it. The ones i found local were like 200$ if that's what your going to pay then just get a fluidyne.

I have heard there may be clearance issues with stock fans if you're running a big Jpipe?

I'm probably looking to get a wide slim fan to go with a full aluminum rad to do some extra cooling since my external blocks the standard AC fan.

BTW, that Yonaka does look nice, it seems a tiny bit thinner than the Fluidyne and MUCH cheaper.

I run a PWR on mine. Pricing is similar to Fluidyne. Fits stock fans (if you use them still), it's freaking huge, all aluminum, and it keeps my car cool even with AC and a 2-120 FMIC in the way. I run 2 SPAL fans.
