Car has been running FWD with welded viscous for dyno reasons.
Today the drive shaft was reinstalled for rwd.
Immediately a humming noise is noticeable at about 10-15+ mph. when coasting in neutral you can feel the car being pulled down slightly, and humming down. The transfer case is full

Did you do a bunch of burn outs in Fwd and ware the tires down so thay are different size. If tires are not exact same size thay will cause binding in the tranny with a welded vc.

So what were your dyno results??:dunno:

I don't know about way leaner when I'm driving around with the same settings (and I have been trying leaner/richer variations) and the egt's are climbing to 1600+ faster than on the dyno.

btw it's my car and I work on it too hahah;)

Base timing is set at 8 degrees, but at idle, the logger shows it jumping from 6-10, never could get it steady

Advance during the runs was 18-21 degrees, 23 in a some spots...

no Knock - well we got 1 knock once, but that was it
