Its funny b/c I have seen a lot of people with the exact same problem and no one has figured it out. No surging, just drop in rpms with a/c on. I've seen people replace ecu, isc, alt, battery, belts, tb, egr, etc and no fix. We have to figure out what is causing this b/c it seems like there are a lot of people just living with the problem. My problem started just after my alt went so I'm thinking something was fried in the process of my alt going. When i drive at night with the headlights on sometimes the lights get brighter for a few seconds and then go back to normal(don't even know if normal is right now or not). Anyone consider maybe a ground somewhere or something that would send signal to ecu then to the isc?
Where are the ground points on this car

I have yet to figure out the answer to this problem, and it is now hot again and I need to use the a/c.
Oddly, my sister has a problem with her integra. When she turns on the a/c the car shakes like crazy and runs terrible. She talked with someone who said that here valve cover gasket is leaking and that is causing the problem?? Strange, but he had an explanation behind it. I'm going to replace it for her and see if that fixes it. I bring that up, because my valve cover gasket it also leaking. I know it's strange, but I figured I'd throw it out there.

I seriously Doubt that is the problem. Its most likely a faulty relay.
I agree that is probably not it. I'm just frustrated at this point. I know many others have had the same problem but no solution. I've seen isc replaced, tb, ecu, etc and still same problem. Just trying to get an answer somewhere.
