50 trim, you could use 1000cc if you wanted, if you had AEM or DSMLink to control them, an SAFC2 wont do it. Those would allow for growing into bigger turbos as well.
Yeah it will be fine. As long as you can control them, it will work. Also, if you plan on upgrading the turbo in the future you dont have to worry about upgrading the injectors.
Do you have a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator to supply the fuel needed for those injectors?
1000's will be perfectly fine with dsmlink. And as mentioned you will have room to grow. I acctually have pte 1000's, a sbr 50 trim, and dsmlink. You could even go with 1600's with dsmlink but will you need them in the future. And just go ahead and buy an Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator.
