whats powershifting to you? i rev it to about 6800 rpm's then i keep the gas in push the clutch while the gas is in shift then let go of the clutch thats how i shift when i race, as for the cams i have stage two crower cams. and why would i lie? to seem cool?

with the stage two crower cams you should be shifting a little higher than 6800. might want to get your car dyno'd and check out the powerband.

I dont have stage 2 or stage 1 cams for that matter so Im not going to even attempt power shifting on the stock short block until I get the stock cams degreed in with my G-tech Pro.

No thats not it at all turbos are what people are used to. I started with an N/T was fast 250 is quick fo any 4 banger N/T. Hope he make 500hp all motor hondas are doing it. I wish that guy best of luck.

dont worry bro i was doing that on my stock block when i first got it. i didnt really mess my car up that i noticed and i read that damn CHELTON Mitsubishi eclipse book front to back the first week i got my car so i would know if something was wrong. and thanks to the guys supporting me, im sorry i cant afford a gst or gsx i do what i can and for me this IS a big kill cuz they put like 170 at the LEAST to the wheels. and for me to take my car the puts barely 160 to the wheels (i live in colorado) thats good shit.

 

Look I only meant that it was a fair race because you were both N/T so why get worked up it a good race . His car is probably lighter than yours so thats why it kept up.

But yea, Scion's are good daily drivers...but they're slow. Probably because they wasn't meant to be a high performance car. One of my best friends has a Tc. He knows better than to try to race anything.

 

I actually like the new Scion TC's. I think that they look pretty hot with a drop and some wheels.

they have a premium wheel package now that looks pretty frickin nice. There is one in the mall, with all the options for only 19k

 

They also have an optional supercharger from TRD.

 

do any of them come turbocharged? i have a guy that wants to race me and in his sig it says TC= turbocharged
