I did a few searches on both brands and for the megans, the general concensus is that they're good for the money but a bit stiff. However, I couldn't find anything about the ksport springs, only their coilovers. Just wondering if anyone has either one of these on their car and can chime in on how they liked them, problems with them, ride quality, etc. Thanks in advance.

Honestly, the only reason I'm doing suspension at all is because i'm tired of the monster truck look. I don't autocross or roadrace my car, I barely take a turn ever at more than 15mph, and I really don't ever do anything in my car to warrant spending $500 on suspension. A set of springs will do just fine for me. Eibach gets good review generally but the pro kit needs new shocks and the sportline is too low for my taste. Megan and Ksport are both good brands and quite a few of my friends have their suspension pieces on their cars. Just wanted some feedback for 2g's since I don't know anyone that has either one on their dsm. Thanks for the heads up about the coilovers though :)

Well I had the megan springs if you think the sportline springs are to low for you then the megan springs are too then. I had them on my car for about 100 miles and then got sportlines. There about the same drop (2 inch). But I love the look of it, and yea the ride is a little bumpy.

I have megan racing springs and kyb gr-2(back and new stock struts(front) on my car right now. I agree, they are bumpy and a bit too low. It eats up every speed bump that I go over. Ill be switching over to tien's or maybe eibach with the 1.5'' drop.

Can I ask what's the milage on the shocks? A friend of mine who works for belle tire said that often times when you take part old(er) shocks, they tend to develop a leak so he recommended I change shocks as well. My car has only 50K on it though and the 2 front struts have about 5K. I'm a bit worried about the rear ones though.

Also, is the ride more harsh or more bouncy? Harshness I can handle, I hate bouncy rides though.

That's perfect, thank you. My previous car was a GSR with coilovers/solid motor mounts/polyurethane bushings all throughout so a little more road feel isn't going to bother me. I just hate it when cars get bouncy because its underdamped. Thanks again!
