You may want to go with the 6s instead if your running under 16lbs. I noticed I was getting shift knock with the 7s cus I'm only running 15lbs, and the cooler spark wasn't getting the job done. I switched to 6s and my shift knock was gone as well as improved torqe and spoolup. Cooler plugs are for those running high boost on a leaner A/F curve accompanied by a FMIC. It really depends on your cars state of tune. I have to run low boost and a bit rich cuz of my sucky stock side mount.
