ok guys, i got a 98 eclipse GSX. heres my mods list: .50 trim turbo, hks 272 cams, precision 880cc injectors, full 3 inch exhaust with a xspower turbo manifold, 255 fuel pump, fpr, DSM link V.3, electronic boost controller, 30-30 boost gauge, aem wideband, egt gauge, turbo timer, short throw shifter, welded center diff, act 2600 clutch, poly inserts, cometic head gasket 30x12x3 fmic with full stainless polished piping, hks ssq bov, eibach springs and koni struts, strut bars in the front and rear, 3 in gm map, bigger brakes, theres probably a couple things here and there i missed, makin around 450 awhp, more boost and power to come
heres my problem, i blew my center diff on launch. before i changed it, the pieces would jam up sometimes and lock the car into awd. when it did that, the whole car would shake real bad and pull to the left and the rear end would whine real loud, but when the diff wasnt locked, it would drive straight and the rear end didnt whine and it didnt pull. so i replaced the center diff with a welded one to make it all time 4 wheel drive. and it started pullin left again and shaking and the rear end was whining again. but since the diff is welded it doesnt unlock obviously so it does this shaking whining stuff all the time, and it did it until the front driver side cv shaft blew up! the bearings blew up all over the road and the grease went all over my white 18's. but as soon as the front wasnt driven anymore the car drove straight and the rear end quit whining. so i assumed that the cv shaft was locked up and causing the car to pull left and the shaking. so i put a new shaft in it and now its making the rear end whine and the car pull left again. so im lost. it works fine without the front end being engaged. the car drives fine with the rear end taking all the power. but if the front is engaged, the rear stops whining when i turn. i need help. i cant figure anything out. HELP!!!
