What's the recommended angle of nitrous jets in an intake runner? 45 deg?

Would lowering this number, say to 30 deg, create less pressure in the cyliner per volume of nitrous, because the nitrous hits the intake runner quicker, thus becomes a finer shot into the motor?

Maybe this would increase reliability, at the expense of running a 50 shot system, and only getting ~40 shot because of some pressure loss from the lower angle?

Most people will tell you to put it in the TB elbow facing the pipe, so it goes directly against the airflow.
I'd rather have direct port. But the question I'm asking kinda is the same basis as placing it into your tb elbow, perpendicular the flow, but not *directly* against the flow.... wouldn't against the flow be bad?
