I plan on purchasing a nitrous kit/controller(full throttle only, 3000rpms-6200rpms) from a local dealer and I might have them install it. The kit is a 35-50-75 adjustable kit.

I'll be running it on my 99 420a GS (new motor should have about 10k miles on it), I just had a headgasket replaced, a head machined, and some other routine maintenance. I also have a Greddy Evo2 exhaust and a CAI installed.

How hard is it to install a kit like this?

Also, a friend of mine told me that it wasn't completely safe running nos without an upgraded fuel pump and 300cc mustang injectors.
What are y'alls thoughts on all of this?

the install is easy if you are mechanically inclined and can wire up things.. i ran a 75shot on my bone stock GS when i was in the non turbo game.. www.nitrousexpress.com will have all the answers you need since obviously your friend has no idea.

Although I have never installed a system on a DSM, I have on my Fiero. It's not that involved. Wet or dry?

Yes a dry kit is very easy to do. A wet kit is more involved but safer since it mixes extra fuel. Just dont lean out and check your plugs after a few sprays and look for light colored or whitish plugs.
