Make sure you remove those useless foglights, the right one blocks most of the air to the intercooler. If you have an open k&n filter try to make some kind of shield, so it wont suck up and of the hot air from the turbo/manifold.

And as for the knock led... its useless. It lights up when the timing was pulled back as far as it can. So even when its not lighting up you can still be getting knock.
