Does anyone else out there have the problem when you upgrade to a 16g turbo on a 99' GSX and when you reach about 4500 or 5000 rpm that it cuts in and out vigerously. like the engine is kicking or something? I am thinking it is because i have no boost controller hooked up to override factory setting? i am putting in a APEX i boost controller today after school (only a junior in high) and then im putting on my Greddy BOV and then should things work right? because im wanting my other 3000 rpms!
