It is a great clutch and Adam is a great guy to do business with. 2 of my friends and I have it and we couldnt be much happier. It might be difficult to learn how to drive but you'll get it down. It grabs much quicker after being heated up. So if you get in and drive the car, it will disengauge and engauge differently by the time you get to your destination then it did when you first got in the car. Dont think anything is wrong with it, it is normal.

So far my buddy has well over 200 launches and probably a good thousand pulls on the clutch with nothing bad. Although after beating on it now for a good while it starts to slip so this winter he will most likely have to get new plates.

a good friend of mine also runs this setup. adam is a great guy and would not steer you wrong. that clutch holds a TON of power. sounds like you tranny is falling apart under you when you push the clutch in though. but besides that there are really no disadvantages just be careful when you first install it, its grabby to say the very least.
