How do you rate your local Mitsu or Chrysler dealership? It can be for service, parts, general attitude, whatever you like. :)

Mitsu in Madison Wisconsin ROCKS!

They hook me up with parts, and their main mechanic allways hooks me up when i need help with something.

Came to my house 30 min away to help drop my 1gina2g in.

Renner Mitsu in Milwaukee Wisconsin is also great, bought my 6 bolt block from them (120k mile core for 100 bucks) and they also have a good club dsm discount. about 15% or so.

In Connecticut there are two dealerships I know of (I THINK there are 3 dealerships in total- I may be wrong on that one).

The Shelton Mitsubishi, which is about 2 miles from my house, I would rate a 5 on a scale from 1-10 (10 highest). The parts department is the only thing they are good for (they will screw you royally in buying a car in a heartbeat). Their parts are expensive, however, they are semi- nice to their customers.

The one in Branford (I think) is better. I'd give them a 7 out of 10, they're more laid back since they have a smaller inventory, and make you feel more at home (owning a Mitsubishi and all).

Conicelli I have had great, prompt service with except one time. The operator was the biggest A-hole I have ever talked to. He insisted I was talking about a leaky master cylinder when I was talking about my ABS unit- and I had to tell him "It's the SILVER BOX about six inches in FRONT of the BAT-TER-Y on the PASS-EN-GER side of the car!" Then he replied "Oh it's $1700, bye" and hung up.

I like Conicelli but from now on, I will only deal with them if I have my part number handy.

in northern nj maywood mitsubishi sucks... the first time i went there i mentioned (by accident i found out) that I had a 1990 talon... the guy in the parts dept. wouldnt even talk to me after that... he said I had to go to Jeep-Eagle-Chrysler to get parts... he said all kids think they are the same cars...

next time I went i just said i had an eclipse... still only had 1 out of the 4 parts i needed.... sucks

I did the same thing once, called them and said I needed parts for a talon. The guy on the phone tried to give me the usual runaround. Then I was like " Oh wait, I'm thinking of my wife's car, I need parts for an eclipse, same year." I then proceeded to order parts for my wife's car. :D

My old man is the head mechanic at the Mitshu dealership in Brookpark Ohio, he is a hell of a mechanic. If you ever need any seroius work done you can trust him, he's helped me completey restore my dsm and make it run 10 reliable timiming belts to complete rebuilds, he has worked there for 20 years, so he has worked on them since they came out, and he loves cars too and has restored muscle cars since he was a kid. So if you need any work done ask for Gib.

The Glendale Mitsubishi here in Phoenix has a decent parts dept that aknowledges the ClubDSM_SW discount (25%). Their service dept used to be great, they had a service mgr named Mike who could get warranty companys to cover almost anything but then they got rid of him....

Now, I would say their parts dept is just as good as always but the service dept is fully satanic. The kid they got to replace Mike got my warranty voided by telling them over the phone that the car was lowered. (focker)

I just bought an EVO from my local dealer, Burlington Mitsubishi, in NJ. I get all my hard to find parts from a local jeep dealer though. They always get what I need, except a rear axle for a 91tsi that they wanted close to $500 dollars for.

The former EAGLE dealer killed my T25 by either kinking or hooking up backwards the oil line (iforget which) when they replaced my crankwalked 7 bolt wiht an upgraded 99 shortblock

DRAW

The local mitsu dealer wont' give me a discount for squat on parts and rarely has the miscellaneous sundries in stock...

POOOR - OK (it's understandable) But everytime I stop to look at the evo they fall all over themselves until I say I want it 4k under sticker. :D

Last time the Mitsu dearership did my timing belt they did not get the tensioner right on the accessory belts. Well, one belt took out many and left me stranded out in the middle of nowhere on a Sunday night. Then they had the balls to tell me it wasn't their fault? The car had only 100 miles after the belt changes. Bastards. Finally after the theats of a lawsuit I got it fixed but in doing so the gouged my hood. I was about to start a mass shooting at the dealership when they agreed to paint the hood. :chair:

Although I am closer to Lees Summit Mitsubishi, I frequent Overland Park Mitsubishi for everything I need. The customer service is excellant, there aren't 10 salesmen in the parking lot rushing over to sell you a car, and parking is always open to the service and parts department. It has always been in and out.
