When Im driving slow (10-20mph) or making a left turn, my right rear wheel makes this drone sound. I really dont know what it is, but it's gettin louder everyday. It sounds like the wheel's rubbing againts something while it's rotating. it doesnt make it once I gain some speed. I put new rims and tires on the car about 5 months ago. Im not sure if it could be that, but it never gave me a problem in those 5 months. Any help would be appreciated

To maek the sound more specific. The sound that comes from it is like a crying seal.
Well you said you have new wheels on your car so before I jump to conclusions and say its definetly the wheel bearing I would start with the small stuff. I would first check the wheel itself make sure its clear everything and not rubbings against anything. If everything is ok there, then I would rotate the tires if you havent done it lately and if the sound persists then you know its not the wheel itself. When you put the wheels back on make sure all the lug nuts are tight, I had experience when I didnt tighten all of them and it was making a strange sound. If everything checks out and its not the wheel itself then Im going to stick with my previous statement and say its the wheel bearing. Hope this helps.
