ok so i recently painted my rims without taking the tires off of the car
and sense i hear sometimes when started off this screaching noise coming from there and it also happens sometimes when breaking

i can plainly see theres some paint on the breaks and the stuff behind the rims but is it posible that that is what is causing the noise.. if so will it jus go away once it starts to wear that paint down or should i try doing something ?

Is there paint on the calipers? If there is a little paint on the rotor I doubt that would cause the noise. Next time take the tire off, For now take the tire off and clean the brake calipers and rotor with some brake clean that should help.
