ok so i had my stock suspension on before and now i just put on skunk2 coilovers from slowboy. in all seriousness ignoring rule # 7 it FEELS LIKE SHIT MAN. i swear i thought my car was smooth until i got these coilover. maybe i should have gotten springs instead but im also wondering maybe theyre just installed wrong because i really doubt that they would make something this harsh to drive. dead serious guys SUCKS.

I Actually did a writeup on these a long time ago. I put these on a set of non-adjustable Tokico struts and I hated it. Back then, I cared more about howhte car looked than how it handled. If I wanted it to handle, I would have got a set of adjustable struts (KYB).

The coilover kit themselves were decent (back then, there really wasn't a choice on full coilover setups unless you dished out 1400 for Teins). Make you you pair them with a good set of struts.

Having a RS on H&R springs and gr2 struts. And a GST with Tein flexs, spend the money. I have not found a turn I dont like with the teins. I have not set mine past 8 yet, The car is firm but not rock solid. Thats what setting 16 is all about :) I will get the EDFC box in a few months for full control.

I think I lifted a rear tire taking a really tight turn after setting the coils. My first time lifting one :) SPEND THE MONEY.

Even the basics are a nice pre set coilover. I have a friend with them on his turbo Spyder.

I have them on mine right now and hate them as well, horrilbe ride with tokico illuminas (fully stiff). They dont even really work with (perch on illuminas are too high). Switching to springs now.

Anything performance wise SUCH as suspension goes it is not made for comfort but for performance. The lower you get to the ground less play the shock has. I have had all kinds of suspension starting from Eibach to 1000 bucks ones and i have never felt comfortable on any of them (especially with michigan roads). I don't think there is anything wrong with the installation, its just that the suspension is pretty stiff.
