For the last week my car has been apart. I've been fixing some things, painting IC pipes, polishing the FIMC.

But anyway, since my car was apart I decided to remove the AC lines and compressor. So, after all that junk was out, I decided to take out the radiator to paint around the rad. supports (very rusted). I get the radiator out and I notice what looks like another radiator right in front of it !!!! Turns out, it's the AC condensor.

Well, Holy crap! No wonder I was running hot all last summer. With a big 'ol IC and the AC condensor in the way. The radiator must of been choking on it's self. I'll post up pics tomorrow, you gotta see this thing ...... it's huge!

Yea that thing is pretty big, when my FMIC comes along I will ripping all that crap out, esp since my AC doesnt work.
I also wired up both rad. fans to run at the same time. This should also help with cooling. I guess I will find out this summer. But, I'm just too damn cheap to buy the Fulidyne Radiator. Hopefully I will not need it, now that the condensor is out.

I also thought about using a cooler thermostat. But, when I searched, I found a lot of posts that said.... I makes your car run rich. :( Dunno, maybe I'll try it.

You should be all right even with the stocker - with the A/C condenser removed. You might benefit from running the short IC piping setup (IRC, Buschur), though, which wouldn't restrict the air flow to the radiator as much as your current piping.. :D

dsmman-

I've seen your car many times at spring valley. I thought you were going to sell it? Anyway what does your car run in the 1/4 if you don't mind me asking. :)

I removed my A/C a long time ago. I have no need for it. I have never used the a/c.
I hope I wont have to worry about cooling with the huge IRC.

Well all you have to do is leanout the A/F mixture and make more power. That was the Idea behind the lower temp thermostat.

:D ;)
