Ok Here is the scoop. I have a 1995 GST. Today I was just cruising home from work, probably about 45mph or so. I feel a loss of power, like one of my IC pipes came loose. This has happened before, so I thought no big deal. My car dies before I make it to a parking lot. Will not start. Cranks fine, plenty of juice. Get a ride home. Go back in about 20 minutes, car starts right up. Check IC piping, no loose pipe. After about 2 minutes of running car dies and will not start again. Leave. Come back to try car hours later. Car fires right up, I haul ass home (only about mile from house). Get under hood and check vacuum lines etc. After about 10 minutes of idling car dies. Will not start again. Car seems to start and run fine until it reaches a hot temp, at which point it dies and will not restart until cooled down. Any ideas????? EGR maybe? can't seem to find any loose vacuum lines.
Anyone else have this problem? Might be something simple, but if I can eliminate anything or get some idea on what to check it would save me time.
