I purchased that turbo from them about a month ago after my T-25 died. Looks exactly the same as the T-25, but let me tell you, my car now hauls a**. I recommend Forced Performance to everyone. They are extremely nice to deal with and have an excellent turbo for us 2Gers. The only thing I can compare it to is a 16g my friend put on his 1G. Feels almost identical.

RollOutGSX, do you know the potential of this turbo? The idea of stock appearance and no extra piping needed is appealing. But I wonder what this turbo's potential is compared to a 16G or a big 16G.

Anyone else with experience with this turbo? Want to give a pros and cons of this turbo in comparison to the 16Gs?

The T28

The forced performance version has every bit of potential that a 16G (510cfm vs 505) does. Forced Perf builds awesome tturbos. If I had a turbo 2g I'd go with it. Read the link if you hadnt yet.

Have you taken your car to the track since you changed turbos? If so how much faster was it and what is the spool up compared to the stock T-25. I was thinking of possibly getting a small 16G, but this turbo sounds awesome. Also since it looks stock it would help me outwit those pesky dealerships if I have to go get some work done under warranty. Also how much did it cost?

Yeah this does sound prety good. So if anyone knows anything please post it. I'll post this same question on a couple of other boards and see what they think. If I get any feed back I'll post the info here.

I've only had the turbo on for about a month and due to the weather I haven't been to the track yet. I think the turbo was around 750 with you sending in your T-25 once you recieve the T28. It truly is an excellent turbo that looks no different than the T25...except for the inside! Not sure what the potential is but i'll soon find out this summer when I can start really modding the engine.
