I have an Intake and Cat-back exhaust if I get a greddy bov and upper IC pipe will I need any fuel upgrade like pump and or management. How much boost would I be getting if I did that? Thanks

I assume you have no boost control and the stock T-25, so no, you shouldn't need a bigger pump or fuel managment. if you do decide to up the boost, you MUST have a boost gauge, anything above 15psi and you need more fuel. I had that same setup (1G bov) and i was hitting 13/14 psi

if you want to be on the safe side, you could rewire the fuel pump, just follow the vfaq
