Howell Automotive has a stroker kit (a full rebuild kit with a stroker crank) for $1600 that strokes the 420A to 2.2L

the neon guys arent stroking anything. they use a 2.4L bottom end. our head will also bolt right up to the 2.4l block

the 2.4 came in the stratus, breeze, pt, and a few other cars
