Even after owning this car for two years I am still a noob when it comes to working on it. The other night after driving on the interstate I come up to the stoplight at the end of the off-ramp, put it in nuetral and it just dies. I tohught to myself... you gotta be kidding me. Fire it back up and it dies again pretty much instantly. Start it up a second time giving it some gas to stay alive and I hear a massive air leak so I pull it to the side and pop the hood while my buddy keeps it at 1-1.5k rpms to find the spot of the leak.
Turns out the screw that you adjust your idle with (I think) pop'd out on the interstate somewhere and somehow. At least I beleive that is what the screw does and it would explain why it doesn't want to idle at all and just dies.
Here is a picture of where the screw sits into:
I got it rigged up to where it idles fine at 1,000 for a short term fix but I was hoping somebody could give me the exact name of it so I can try and get one off of a parts car in the WTB section.
Thanks for the help.
