All the drivetrain parts will bolt right up except for the flywheel obviously. You can use your current clutch though. If you have a 90 6bolt then you will have to fab up some lines and get an external oil cooler because of the oil filter housing design.
A little more information on the 6bolt you have and exactly what you are dropping in (head, manifolds, throttle body etc) will possibly add to my response.
the motor im pulling is from my 92 tsi. this will be going into a 95 gsx shell. Im swapping block,head,intake,tb,tranny flywheel,starter,clutch. Will 92 half shafts work on the 95? is there anything else I should pull off to use on the swap?
Sorry i thought you had a late model 92 with a 7 bolt. My mistake. I'm unsure about the axles but here's a good link with some 6 bolt swap information. At the bottum of the page is a list of components needed for the swap, also it explains how to fix the random misfire that may occur from the swap.
