that poor little intercooler. man i mean damn that thing is barely visible how much air flow can it get. i took off the light but that bracket is like welded in or somthing is there a way to get it off without a torch?
if there is i guess you gotta take off the bumper.

If I remember correctly, I just had to remove the headlights to get my foglight brackets off on my Talon. Dunno if its the same for Laser's though.

None of that blasted bumper removal junk.

don't take out the fog light, take out the whole bracket, and yea you gotta take off your head lights, took me all of maybe 10-20 mintues to do, it really helps the stock smic to get air on hot days.

Agreed. I even took the plastic funnel piece out that points the air toward the IC, and cut that some so it dosent snorkel so much.

when i had my intercooler out to put in the supra intercooler i took my fog light out, theres 2 bolts holding it to the front bumper, you can get to them with the intercooler and plastic piece out, i ditched the plastic thing

while your at it you might also wanna remove the plastic piece behind the intercooler, i took that off too, with damn 98 degree florida weather 6 months, any little thing you can do helps, i noticed a difference in how long it takes for the intercooler to get heat soaked.

wouldnt that cause the intercooler to get damaged by a rock or somthing? i read about that in the search forum awhile ago.
i'v had mine off for over a year, no damage, i'v also played aroudn in some gravel (forgot the cover was off) and there was no damage.
