Typically 10W-30 for almost everything (unless specified such as 5W-30).

With my Talon getting up there in miles, I began running 10-40 due to the thicker consistency.

What would going from 10w30 to 20w50 mainly affect? Obviously thicker oil, so am i going to get higher pressure?

run 10w30 castrol. As far as mobil 1 is goes, they recently changed thier blend is no longer rated as high as they were a year ago.

not trying to fill the thread with BS about cold weather but yes stuff moves just alot slower. We run OEA ( oil engine artic ) in all of our military eqiupment.
