i dunno 100% about the 2g's, but me and my bro tried to swap springs cause he has lowering springs and he wanted stock stuff for selling his car. and his lowering springs fit fine on my 90 awd talon, but my springs wouldn't fit on his 90 laser. i was pissed!
I'm pretty sure they will fit. But they might not work as well as springs made for awd models. Springs for awds take into account the wieght differences and things. So, they should work, just maybe not as well..........
