I'm gonna be relocation my battery soon to make room for a 2g maf. Thinking about putting it on the cross member. Do you think a 340 cca tractor battery well be efficient enough for a DD?

It's warm out now, and I'll be leaving alaska in augest. Well maybe I'll just fork over the money for a narrow/taller battery that might fit on the cross member. Which is 650cca IIRC.
No way. I have a brand new 470cca (tested at 550cca) honda battery mounted on my crossmember and if I leave the lights on a little too long or leave the ignition in the "on" position for awhile it cranks really slow and takes awhile to start the car. I wouldn't go that low on cca's.
Why not just relocate to the trunk? I love having a large battery in all my modded cars, more stable voltage which is better for electronics, easier starts, dont need to have the car running just to run headlights ect.
Those are way to low CCA! I would sugguest nothing less than 450CCA just for good measure but I say relocate to the trunk unless you dont wanna run those wires then just spend the money and get something better...
Well I was debating on relocating to the trunk, I like the idea of having it in the trunk and opening up all that space. But I eventually plan on taking it down the 1/4 mile. I don't like the idea of having a external kill switch. I actually have a redtop at the moment. I can actually make it fit where the stock maf was located which is what I well most likely do.
