I have a 90 GSX and bought the car without the turbo. Finally got the 16g but it did'nt come with the banjo bolts, and I dont know the size or where I can get them. I've searched and could'nt find a definate answer:confused: . None of the local autoparts stores have much of a selection of banjo's so no luck there. I need to know the sizes of the oil feed banjo, and the coolant feed and drain banjo bolts. Thanks in advance!

Wow! Thanks alot guys.:) I'm going to order them from Slowboy. Here is the link:
http://www.slowboyracing.com/estore/product.php?productid=1919&cat=0&page=1

Oil feed banjo from head=10mm x 1.25 Banjo
Oil feed to top of 16g banjo=12mm x 1.25 Banjo
Both coolant feed banjo's on turbo=14mm Banjo

^^For future reference^^
Nice info

Though I'd probably buy from JNZ, since they are a forum sponsor and have an impeccable reputation.

Well that sucks :p

I'm 99% sure that they are the same, I don't remember changing those bolts around when I did my swap. I had to change out the bolt on the head though since I snapped that one in two pieces

This is very true, any opportunity to work on your own car is a good one.

Though a turbo swap is more of a pain in the ass than anything, specially with the hard lines still installed (oil and coolant) IMO :p It was simple as pie once I had SS lines on my old car, went from an hour long job to a 10 minute job.

Also make sure when you're putting your 16g on that you replace the stud that holds the turbo to the manifold with a bolt. (Stock is 3x bolts and a stud, if it's even there). That helps a lot too because it gives you a lot more "wiggle" room to move the turbo around.

Are you talking about the O2 housing? I got a set of 02 housing bolts and the stud came with it and I did'nt know where it went becuase I still have the stock bolt in there.:p So I should cut that bolt and get it out of there and replace it with the stud?

It's worth it to get the OEM banjo bolts. Those things break so damn easily.

Every banjo bolt I've seen at the hardware store has had an extremely tiny oil passage compared to the Mitsu part. Not only that, they're hard as hell to find. Give Erik at JNZ a call and see what he can do for you, he's always given me the best price I could find on weird stuff like that.

Oem is the ONLY way to go with these. The hardware store???? Yeah right, They're gonna ask what year tractor is turbocharged....

Just penny up, and buy the right thing.......

Bigboost is right, the only banjo bolts I've ever found were for brakes....And its a tiny hole....Its a large pinhole....:)

Things have to be done right from time to time.
