I'm sorry for bringing this thread back from the dead, but I'm really curious to know what those nozzles are on the intake manifold of some of those cars! Is it nitrous injection? Or like a second bank of injectors? Thanks

Nitrous injection. And no problems at all, I believe most people forgot about this thread and we need to have more gorgeous engine bays.

Great thread. Glad to see it back.
This engine has me confused. It says its a 4g63 but the intake is on the wrong side. Individual throttle body's are cool. With all the work put in on this and it only put out 500 hp. Kinda sad by todays standers. And what is that belt under the turbo running? Is it the dry sump oil system?

That many people are running direct port? That's interesting considering so many DSMr's are always saying "don't spray crank up the boost."

Thank you for bringing this back up. Not only does it encourage me to throw the bottle that I've had sitting in my garage for 2 years onto my built motor but I think I've save 75% of the pics on this thread. Definitely drool worthy!

I'm assuming that most of these guys are running spray for spooling purposes, but isnt a direct shot a little excessive for probably a 50-75 shot. I understand not wanting to risk having more nitrous dumped into one cylinder more then others versus an even amount in each cylinder.

Notice how it says Endurance on the plaque?
Endurance Racing is about the engine lasting, not high HP numbers, plus most Endurance Racing classes have a HP limit.
