Guys, I installed my ETE32 the other day.

This beautiful Turbo came without the nipple that usually comes mounted on the J-Pipe.

What am I supposed to do, add it to the Lower intercooler pipe or what?

Pls enlighten me, right now I am running with the Wastegate connected to a positive vacuum source, and I chose the PCV Valve...

The car idles like crap, I barely drive it anyways.

Thank you all in advance.

run the mbc from the bov hose, not the pcv hose.

Yes, he is right. That is where I would run mine if I had a need for a MBC =).

There you go

You can drill a hole and add a nipple, it's easy and they can be had at just about any hardware store.
Guys, that's actually the type of info I was looking for.
Has anyone ever done that?
I know it's easy, I've done much more delicate and dangerous jobs on my car (retapping the head threads for the valve cover is an example) but I would like to know from knowledgeable people where exactly should I drill and tap the hole... on the Turbo J-Pipe?

On the lower IC pipe right after the coupler?
On the lower IC pipe further left towards the passenger tire?

What's the best way to add a nipple to the IC pipe?
The newones that came with my DSM-Performance Kit are extremely light and thin compared to the good-old Dave Brode one. I surely won't have enough meat to tap a thread in there.

Any other advice please?

Do you have an alternate way to connect my MBC?
If I connect it on the WasteGate and Type-S nipple, what will I have to do with the intake manifold nipple that is currently connected to the big nipple on the Type S?
Any alternative?

Thank you in advance guys.

Walter...

Don't add the nipple...

Just put a "T' plastic connector on the vaccum line that goes from your intake manifold to Type S nipple. Put a vaccum line on the remaining open port of the "T" and run it to the MBC. That's the correct way of hooking the MBC to the BOV line...;)

Blackboost, thnx man, that's what I will do.
That's the way TurboXS reccomends to connect their MBC after all...

Thank you, I guess this thread could be :lock: then... :p

Brazed nipple to compressor outlet (J) pipe. Detects high boost a little faster to open wastegate more timely.

My point exactly. James, you know there is no one correct way to do this as each works and has it's benefits ;) Although that is the correct way to hook into your bov line some people such as myself have had better, more accurate results using the J pipe method.
