Yeah, but without a wind tunnel or any way to test your results you might do more harm than good. A diffuser and an undertray are two different things. I made a front undertray that goes 4 inches past the rad support out of corrugated plastic and it works great, but the one I made for the rear blew itself apart. It has to be just right to help the airflow and not fight against it.
 
I would like to see the finish product as well.

why you guys call it down force ?? shouldn't it be more of a vacuum like the old F1 cars from the, and might as well make the ground effects too. So all the air is traveling is channeling throw faster.
