A better Mousetrap
Hey i was wondering if someone here could help me out on this minor setback i got myself into. I am wondering if someone could steer me in the right direction on this problem. First of all i am using an old 1990 non eprom ( not that it matters) ECM, there are a couple of things i would like to change on it.#1 i need a simpler approach to getting a functional tach wire without going through a noise filter of some sort, and make it fire a POSITIVE trigger, yes i said positive because thats the signal i feed the STOCK corolla tach to make it move, ground feeding it with pulses makes it do nothing.Back to the question at hand, can someone help me wither make this simpler or do i have to make a flipping circuit like what most people do to 2g's with 6 bolts?as in the RRE/ Magnus way? I would like to inquire more about using a 92 on up ecu so i maybe able to dsmlink it in the future. Yes it is a corolla, and yes it does have a 4g63.
