I'll save you the trouble of having to search. This is what every thread you will find about your car will say.

You have a 420a motor that was sourced from a neon. There is very little hope for your car to be fast with this platform. The gains you will see from modding the 420 will be minimal or nonexistent. Keep your car looking clean maybe put some rims on it and enjoy the good gas milage. If one day you decide you want to start modding and have a fast car, sell your car (you did keep it nice didn't you?) and buy a 4g63 powered eclipse/talon.

I know this isn't what you want to here but it is what everyone is going to tell you. I owned a 420a powered eclipse for 3 long years. I bolted on every performance upgrade you could buy. I even had nitros but in the end after all the time and money I dumped into the car I raced a stock looking neon and lost. I sold my car a week later bought a real dsm and never looked back.

....to kind of answer your question I tried 3 different performance chips in my 420a and not one of them anything to help my performance.

I think Shott17 is hinting towards rule #9 "Use the search function (upper right of the forums) and the "We’ve seen these before" section of the DSMtalk.com forums before posting a question. You may also want to consider first checking Club DSM, the VFAQs, or the 1000 Already Answered Questions sites before posting. Those sites have excellent resources. Research there, discuss here." I did a quick search and many threads popped up.

Edit: Jmonet1620 beat to the punch we posted at nearly the same time.
