im guessing the oil cooler right? just because theres alil oil in the coolent. if it were the head gasget i believe its the other way around, coolent in the oil. any thoughts?
The oil cooler is totaly seperate from your rad. Some times a head gasket can blow in sutch a way that the oil/coolant swap is very small so the coolant evaporates before it mixes, but oil does not, this is temporary and will get worse.IMHO
um no, all coolent that circulates throughout the engine makes its way back to the rad, including coolent circulating throughout the oil cooler. which could be picking up oil from the thin fins that may have been crushed by screwing the oilfilter on to tight.
