Either take up the RPMs to 4000 or so and quickly lift the clutch up while pressing in the gas. That is, if you want to go quick.

If you mean just driving around casually, drive it like you would drive any stick.

rev it higher... 4500 to 5500 and slip til you know its engaged and take foot off clutch and keep on the gas so you dont bog. if you bog, youll launch hard and then slow down and it sucks.
