Hey all I am finnally in the DSM club as I have been surfing on this board and other for over 2 years learning about DSMs and now I can contribute heh.(well as much as i can)

Anyways I am looking for advice as to what I should do now. Let me tell you the mods on the car and you can recommend what to do next.

Mods: Greddy BIG FMIC, Greddy Upper/Lower intercooler piping(but not on cause he sold the greddy bov), Walbro fuel pump, HRC 3" dp, random 3" cat, 3" greddy PE, B&M short shifter, I just realized the mods are in my sig too heh I think I forgot a few things but for now that is all I can remember :(

Anyways, figure in a few necessities that are needed:

Greddy BOV - $200
Boost Gauge - $60
K&N FIPK - $85

I have roughly around 800 - 900 to spend. Right there is $260. So I guess I am left with roughly around 500 bucks left to spend. Now what else can I get to make the car faster besides upgrading the turbo. Car has 3 years on the warranty still so I am going to get a FPBigT28 this summer but for now what should I get. I know I need some kind of boost controller but am having a hard time deciding if I want the AVC-R or a JOE P or somethin. Or should I get the manual and add some other parts that I need? Help me out guys you are the ones with the almighty knowledge and wisdom in those heads. :D

edit: forgot I need the K&N

I would say hurry up and get an upgraded turbo since you have that FMIC on there.

Skip the Greddy BOV, and get a 1G BOV from a junkyard for 25$.

The car comes with a Half Polished 1st gen BOV. He started polishing it but never finished, heh :p

As far as that goes then, how would I mount that 1st gen BOV to a greddy Pipe? I know general info as to it will need an adapator but are these universal adaptors that will fit on any pipe or just like to fit a 2nd on a 1st gen pipe? Do I need anything special since it is a Greddy Pipe? I have a friend with a 99gs-t spyder with heavy mods and I remember his BOV was MAD loud, I dunno if he was venting to the atmosphere but his car never ran hard or bucked or idled bad. Is there a way to make the BOV very loud without venting? I guess I should just ask him what he did. Thanks for the info guys I will def. look into getting that 1st gen bov put on instead of buying the Greddy. Saves me money to get some skunk2's or GC's now
