Ok, swapped the injector harness and pulled the plugs. I will let it dry out for a bit and see if that fixes it. Thanks alot for all of your help.
Keep in mind that this may not be your only problem.

1. You said you might be overruning the AFPR, why can't you be sure since you have a fuel gauge.....I hope.

2. What does your fuel trim look like? Just because the chip was burnt for 680's doesn't mean it will run perfectly since not all aftermarket injectors will flow exactly as rated, one will still need to log and using something like a SAFC to fine tune.

Yeah I have an SAFC. And as for the FPR I dont have an adjustable one on there yet because I am waiting on the adapter. I am still on the stock FPR so I know I am over running it, and yes I have a fuel pressure guage. And I am still waiting on a logger.

Ok, I still cant get this thing to start. I am just going to wait until the rest of my AFPR comes in. I did notice that I have a single wire comming from the injector harness that is not connected does anyone know what this goes to?

I'm running NGK plugs and wires. Anyways, I have tore into a few things. Made sure my injectors were working and as stated before fuel is not a problem. I am getting outstanding spark from the coils, wires and plugs. Im lost guys I think this thing is going to the shop.

How would I check the starter relay? I located it underneath the dash, behind the radio. When the key is turned forward I get my light lights up showing power to only one side of the relay. Im thinking this might be a problem.
