clarification on 7B to 6B

I have searched, but i was finding a lot of 6 bolts with 7 bolt heads.
I am puttin a Complete 6 bolt into my 95 talon, and i need to know what things i need to do, i know i have to modify a motor mount and rewire the CAS. what else is required to get that bastard in there and running right?

and if i change out my stupid SAFCII for a DSMLink, what will i need to do, and will it now do all the things it would for a 1st gen or is it still stuck to the 2nd gen specs because i still have a 2g ECU?

I can't wait to get my baby on the road...

and if i get a DSMLink do i need to worry about swapping the injector wires?

It makes the swap much easier to keep the 2g head on the 6bolt block, because then all you need to do is modify the engine mount and swap 4 wires in the ecu harness and rearrange the spark plug wires as well as wiring in the CAS. you may also have to wire in a potentiometer as well if you get a cel for misfire

With the DSMLink you would still need to swap the spark plug wires or the wires at the coil pack but you won't have to do anything with the CAS as you can invert the signal with DSMLink.

Have you read the writeups on RRE or Magnus Motorsports reguarding the swap?

The magnus site was down.. prob is my 2 g head might not be in the best of conditions and the 1 g is in GREA.T condition.
so i figured i would just throw the whole thing in

so with dsmlink i wont need to do anything to the CAS? or just a little rewire?
and what is the point of swaping the spark plugs?
