Decent size turbo for a 2.3L stroker 4G63?

I'm thinking of rebuilding a spare engine I have to a 2.3L stroker. The standard compression is 8.8:1, but any compression is available.

I want to use the car primarily for open track days, some autocross, and once or twice a year, drag racing. So the main concern is low spool rather than top end. Would a small/big 16G be enough for this engine? Or should I think more along the lines of a 20G, or possibly an AGP L2R or FP Green?

the l1r will give you less lag, so in autox etc may be a better choice.

Look at a compressor map for whatever turbo you are looking at. Increasing displacement will move you more to the right on a map, at a given pressure. So for a stroker motor, you want a wheel that flows a good bit of air at a given pressure ratio. 14b and 16g arent good for this ;)

Talk to a few different vendors, they know most of the maps by heart and have real world experience with them. But you can look at some maps to get a general idea. You want a more horizontal map, IMO.
