Alright, my car is bone stock as it stand right now. However I want to start getting some supporting mods done for later on down the road.
I've already got all my gauges lined up and ready to go in but I want a data logger. Since the pocket logger is now discontinued for the 2Gs, DSMLink is the next best thing.

I assume I can run it on a stock car with no issues? How hard is it to tune my own car anyhow?

It isnt too tough to tune your car, if you buy ECMLink you will get access to their user support forums that the creators of ECMLink are actually on quite often. You get full support and everything, I highly recommend it.

You can probably find people selling V2 for a decent price since V3 is out. If you are stock V2 would work fine for you since you would not need the options that V3 has. You can get the feel and gain some knowledge on how tuning works, then when you decide it's right or you start to upgrade more in depth, you can upgrade to V3 for a fraction for a fraction of the cost buying it new.
