It will all depend on your prefrence on sound. N1's I've heard have a low, throaty sound.

 

I love my RSR Exhaust, i hate the can on the N1, lil too big for my tastes. Sounds ok. Hi-Power is what i would go with if i had to choose between the two. I believe the muffler is a lil smaller and its got a decent sound to it.

I love my N1 as well. If its idling or at low rpm's you really don't hear it. Definitely a throaty sound.

 

Maybe not yours. You run with the silencer in it dont you?

Good choice, N1. People dont mess with a car that sounds this beastly haha.

 

I have the Apexi N1 with the Apexi downpipe as well. It has a very deep tone but is not loud at all. I took the last section off and it sounds better but it looks better with slant can.

I bought the Meagan Exhaust (DP and catback) and really like it. The product description said it was stainless steel. I've had it for nearly a year, and it still looks great.

I just put my Thermal on last week. I also have the Dejon 3" DP with blocker plate. I have to keep a towel in the car so I can clean my seat and dash every time I get into boost. My Panda just sounds ANGRY!!!


Back on topic though, I like the sound of the HKS more than the N1. It's all about personal preference though. Just hit up Utube for DSM HKS or DSM Apexi and see what you like in comparison.
